Publications
“Dankbarkeit im Alltag: Ein interaktives Tagebuch für mehr Zufriedenheit und Lebensfreude” (2023, 54 pages, ISBN 979-8872633532, published in German) — an interactive journal with exercises, reflection prompts and a chapter on the research. The gratitude journal in SundaMind grew out of the same work.
“Selbstsabotage überwinden: Entfessle dein wahres Potenzial” (2024, 232 pages, ASIN B0D9762V4T, Werner Productions, published in German) — on the mechanisms of self-sabotage, with exercises on goal-setting, inner conflict and limiting beliefs.
Why this app exists
Much of what people work out about themselves does not arrive in one large moment, but through looking again. That is what SundaMind is built for: a place to note regularly how you are doing, so that after a few weeks something becomes visible that no single day showed.
The decision not to build this as a health application was a deliberate one. Self-reflection needs no treatment setting — and a tool that pretends to have one promises something it cannot keep.
Responsible for the content
